Credit Requirement
We partner with TransUnion to check credit and require a minimum score of 600 to qualify. You may request a copy of your report once the screening has been complete.
Income Requirement
A gross income of 3-4X the rental amount is needed to qualify. Ex. If the rent is $1000 per month, you must make at least $3000-$4000 per month.
Age Requirement
Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.
Occupancy Requirement
Only one family per property is allowed, and the the maximum number of occupants per bedroom is 2.
Background Check
All applicants will be subject to a criminal background check at the local, state and national levels.
Rental History Check
We do not accept any evictions or broken leases. A full rental history check will be done before approval.
