Our Promises

At RMG, we want our clients to be happy and completely satisfied.  We feel we are always trying to earn our client's business, and that's why we offer our promises.

Happiness Promise

All of our agreements are month to month with no long-term commitment.  If you are not happy with our service, you are free to leave with no termination fees and no questions asked. 

Service Promise

Our customer service policy is to return all calls, texts, emails, chat, or any other messages within 24 business hours.  We have a dedicated service manager on staff to answer questions during business hours, but if we can't get your questioned answered right away, we will get back to you within a reasonable amount of time. 

Care Promise

If we make a mistake, we will make it right.  We are not perfect, but we will always learn from our mistakes and do what we say we are going to do.  

Results Promise

We don't get paid until you see results.  So, before we collect a lease fee, we: perform walk-thrus, coordinate make ready, market the property, screen applicants, collect deposits, process accounting, and only take a management fee when rent is collected.  We believe this creates a win-win for us and our clients.

Eviction Promise

Don't be fooled by this!  Other companies offer it, but we don't have to! Our eviction rates are consistently less than 1% each month, and we won't charge anything extra for a guarantee you don't need.  If we screen, and an eviction does happen, we will work collaboratively to develop a solution.

Pet Promise

We promise to cover up to $1500 over the deposit for any excessive damages to the property caused by pets.
