Yes, we are a full service Real Estate Company. We hold broker and sales agent real estate licenses, and assist with leasing, buying, and selling.
Are the residents insured?
Yes, we require all our residents to carry at least $100,000 in liability insurance to help cover damages they may cause.
When do you send out statements?
We send out statements by the 15th of each month. They can be sent by mail or electronically.
What type of properties do you manage?
We specialize in managing single family homes in the Houston and surrounding areas.
Do I get to choose my residents?
We will work collaboratively with you in order to help get the most qualified resident.
How long is the lease term?
Our lease terms ranges from 12-24 months. We do not handle short term or furnished rentals at this time.

Yes, we are a full services brokerage and management company and assist with leasing, buying and selling.
Who holds the security deposit?
We hold all security deposits within our trust accounts. This helps expedite the deposit refund in accordance with law.
How is maintenance handled?
We offer 24/7 maintenance service to all our residents. Coordinating is included with the service at no additional charge.
When do you send payouts?
We pay send payouts by the 12th of each month. We do these by check or electronicly.
Will I have an online Portal?
Yes, you will have a portal so you can view statements, documents, tax reporting and can contribute funds.
