With over 30 years combined real estate experience, our partners Chase and Leslie have not only held thier own rental property investments, but have lead the industry in their perspective fields as a top selling Real Estate Agent and Property Manager. Their experience not only helps educate clients, but helps drive the RMG team to deliver expectional service.
Licensing
Our team is composed of a top-level real estate broker, certified property managers, and Texas Real Estate license holders. All of our local team members hold a Texas Real Estate license or are currently enrolled to obtain one.
Higher Education
All of our team members have studied at the collegiate level and hold roles on our team that are aligned with their degrees or coursework.
Memberships
We are currently members of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. We've also served on the board of these organizations.
Conferences
We regularly attend property management conferences such as NARPM and PMMCON. We also attend Texas Association of Realtors conferences to help keep up with the industry trends and law changes.
Book Club
We currently hold a weekly book club where we discuss one book a month on real estate, business, and self-improvement.
Mentorship
Our goal is to provide mentorship to our community, but we also seek mentorship ourselves. Our coaches and mentors are some of the top minds in the property management and real estate industry.
Hard Knocks
We've been through it all: floods, freezes, COVID, hurricanes, tornadoes, fire, and even death. The education from our experience of managing thousands of properties over the course of two decades gives our clients an advantage.
