At RMG, we don't get paid until you do, and that's why we offer various payment solutions and utilize the latest technologies to ensure residents have options when it comes to paying rent on time.
Online Payment Options
Once an applicant is approved, has signed a lease and given a deposit, their online portal is setup for online payments and maintenance requests. There is also an app they can download to help make the process as easy as possible for them. 98% of our residents currently pay rent online.
Physical Payment Options
We understand that not everyone feels comfortable paying online, so we are still available to collect rent at our physical office. We want to make sure we offer different options to ensure we get rent collected.
Automatic & Personal Reminders
Not only does our system send automatic reminders, our dedicated accounting manager stays on top of who has paid and who hasn't. We will continue to follow up in a professional manner to ensure rent is paid on time.
When it comes to the the lease we are very black and white. The residents have signed and agreed to terms that must be abided by. Even though we want to maintan a good relationship with all our residents we must enforce the lease and start the eviction process when necessary.
